What was the H Street CDC doing at your meeting?
ReplyDeleteGood question (though it's not my ANC - I'm in 5A). From the minutes (5C has a very well organized website; I wish the others would follow suit), it looks like they were there to discuss "...the review and approval of a consolidated Planned Unit Development/PUD for property located on the east side of 4th Street, NE b/w Rhode Island and Bryant..." - perhaps that's the empty lot in front of National Wholesale Liquidators? Still, it does seem odd that they're this far north.
ReplyDeleteIndeed, it is the empty lot in front of NWL. See the 2/27 post and links, along with Richard's comment about the H Street CDC.
