Help Find Luca!

**UPDATE** Luca was found at the Washington Humane Society yesterday evening after being hit by a car. His owner told me he's got a cast and should recover completely. Thanks to everyone who was on the lookout!

I'm so glad he was found and he's going to be ok! We're definitely getting a fence for the pugs now.
